We pay the shipping costs to get the tapes to you, you pay the shipping back.

How it works:

Step 1) Placing your order

You can place an order by calling the store(1-800-rarevid) between 10-4pm EST Mon-Fri. First time customers must complete our Rental Agreement Form(will be available for download soon), or call to have one faxed or mailed to you. Completed forms can be faxed or mailed back to us, and upon their arrival we will process the order.  

      
Step 2) Processing your order

We ship orders Mon-Fri. Usually, orders are sent the same or next business day after they are placed. Orders are shipped UPS 1-3 day, business days only. * You can pay extra for overnight or 2^nd day air

Step 3) Returning your order          

You can use the same box we sent the movies in to return them to us with the address label provided. Use regular packing tape to seal package- NOT masking tape or scotch tape. We recommend using Priority Mail or UPS to ship your returns. For estimated return shipping prices please visit www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. All returns must have a legible, dated postmark of 2 days before the due date- this is how we validate a timely return. Transit times can vary- therefore the postmark is for your protection against late charges. Late fees are $2 per tape/DVD per day and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

If for any reason an order does not arrive back at our store your credit card will be charged for the replacement cost(s.)  Loss of merchandise is presumed after 2 weeks. For this reason we strongly recommend insuring the package (at a value of $50 per item.) With insurance, the Post Office will reimburse you for the value of the package.
