Best Video Film & Cultural Center has a triple bill for Sat., Jan. 10. It leads off with singer-songwriter Shandy Lawson and then packs the twin punk rock punch of the bands Mitch Kramer and The Rezistors. The show starts at 7 PM, and the cover is $10.
Veteran local musicians came together and formed The Rezistors in late 2021 with the shared desire to make 100% original punk rock music that draws inspiration from bands like Adolescents, Descendents, Bad Religion, Social D, and many more.
Mitch Kramer is a Punk rock n roll band hailing from New Haven. CT feeding on the roots of 1970s Punk Rock, with influences of the likes of the Dead Boys, The Clash, and The Replacements. Known for its fast-paced and raucous live set, Mitch Kramer is a staple in the regional New England Punk scene.
Formerly of Los Angeles, Tampa, and NYC, Shandy is a New Haven, CT-based performing songwriter, but really, he'll play pretty much anywhere.
