What’ll it cost ‘ya & what does that include?

  • $100 - 9 AM - 5 PM. No additional charge for Coffee Bar/Barista if during daytime business hours.

  • $150 - 5PM - 9PM for Performance Space - includes Coffee & Wine Bar with Barista).

  • Need a little extra help planning and executing your event - we can do that too. Pricing based on needs. Let’s talk!

  • We have a PA system, flatscreen TV, and pull-down screen, and projector.

  • Special rates available for non-profits, public officials & recurring events. Please inquire.
